About the cutting edges deformation in the process of heat treatment, we design special shaping equipment, to solve products bending and lateral bending. Every minute it could shape 20 meters.   

After the heat treatment, there will be oxide layer on the cutting edges surface. If doesn’t be removed, it’ll influence products beauty after the painting. The surface cleaning equipment designed by us could clean products surface 8 square meters every minute, which makes our products more beautiful after the painting, and approved by all the customers.
